About the role
Overview
A high-growth AI infrastructure company is hiring a customer-facing engineer to help customers ship production use cases across agents, recommendations, search, and decisioning workflows. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical discovery, solution design, and fast customer delivery.
What you will do
- Work directly with customers to understand complex product and data workflows.
- Design, build, and deploy production-quality integrations, prototypes, and customer-specific solutions.
- Translate field learnings into reusable product patterns and feedback for the core engineering team.
- Own technical delivery from discovery through launch, balancing speed with quality.
- Support customer evaluations, demos, and pilots with clear technical communication.
What we are looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship quickly.
- Experience with backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, or AI/ML-adjacent products.
- Comfortable working directly with technical and non-technical customers.
- High ownership, clear communication, and bias to action.
- Excited by ambiguous, early-stage environments.
