About the role
Overview
An early-stage company building secure browser-agent automation is hiring a Founding Software Engineer. The platform is used by enterprise customers to automate and secure mission-critical workflows across disconnected web applications.
What you will do
- Build core product and infrastructure for browser-based automation and secure application workflows.
- Work directly with customers to understand use cases and invent new product capabilities.
- Own high-impact engineering projects end-to-end in a small founding team.
- Improve reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience.
- Help shape technical architecture and product direction as the category develops.
What we are looking for
- Strong software engineering ability with 1+ years commercial or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable building products, systems, or infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
- High ownership and ability to work directly with customers.
- Interest in browser automation, security, agents, workflow infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Clear communication and appetite for broad responsibility.
Package and benefits
- Salary range: approximately £80k-£150k, plus meaningful equity.
- Founding engineer scope with direct customer and founder exposure.
- Opportunity to build category-defining infrastructure.
