About the role
Overview
An AI infrastructure startup is hiring a GTM Engineer to own outbound pipeline and build the systems that make technical sales scalable. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales pipelines, can speak credibly to technical buyers, and can automate large parts of the GTM motion.
What you will do
- Own outbound pipeline end-to-end: targeting, enrichment, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
- Build and maintain GTM infrastructure, including sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling.
- Create messaging that resonates with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
- Use AI tools and lightweight coding to build scrapers, workflows, and internal tools.
- Track pipeline metrics and optimise conversion at every stage.
- Work closely with founders to refine and scale the GTM playbook.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated ability to build or run an outbound GTM motion with measurable results.
- Technical fluency across GTM tools, command-line basics, APIs, scraping, or no-code/low-code automation.
- Strong written communication for technical audiences.
- Relentless follow-up discipline and high attention to detail.
- Startup mindset and ability to operate with minimal direction.
