About the role
Overview
A technical AI infrastructure company is hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to build its outbound engine and close meetings with technical buyers. The role combines sales development, automation, technical discovery, and GTM systems ownership.
What you will do
- Own outbound targeting, enrichment, sequencing, follow-up, qualification, and meeting booking.
- Build outbound infrastructure across CRM, sequencing tools, lead scoring, custom scrapers, and workflow automation.
- Create and iterate messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
- Use AI tools aggressively to increase throughput and quality.
- Track conversion metrics and improve every stage of the funnel.
- Work directly with founders to build the repeatable GTM playbook.
What we are looking for
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and build GTM systems.
- Strong written communication for technical audiences.
- Comfort using technical tools, APIs, automations, scrapers, or lightweight coding.
- Self-starter with excellent follow-up discipline.
- Bonus: experience with developer tools, infrastructure, ML/AI products, or early-stage startups.
