About the role
Overview
A fast-scaling AI company is hiring a Builder to help create autonomous digital workers that perform real business tasks. The product automates outbound sales workflows, including prospect research, personalised messaging, sequencing, deliverability, reply handling, and meeting booking.
What you will do
- Build product, workflow, automation, or internal systems that help AI workers perform end-to-end jobs.
- Move quickly across product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing problems.
- Turn messy workflows into reliable, scalable systems.
- Collaborate with a high-velocity team on new product surfaces and automation opportunities.
- Identify bottlenecks and ship practical fixes with minimal process.
What we are looking for
- High agency and evidence of building useful products, systems, automations, or companies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort wearing multiple hats.
- Technical ability, whether through engineering, automation, scripting, product ops, or similar.
- Ability to move fast, learn quickly, and take ownership.
- Interest in AI agents, sales technology, and automation.
