About the role
Overview
A venture-backed AI company is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale technical go-to-market systems. The role combines sales development, revenue operations, automation, technical messaging, and hands-on workflow building.
What you will do
- Build and manage outbound pipeline, targeting, enrichment, outreach, and follow-up.
- Create scalable systems for CRM automation, lead scoring, sequencing, and reporting.
- Develop technical messaging for buyers in complex, professional-services environments.
- Use AI and automation tools to increase speed, quality, and personalisation.
- Work closely with founders and commercial leaders to refine the GTM playbook.
What we are looking for
- Experience building or running outbound, revenue, or GTM motions.
- Technical fluency with CRMs, sequencing tools, enrichment APIs, scraping, or automation.
- Strong written communication and ability to sell technical products clearly.
- Analytical approach to conversion, pipeline metrics, and experimentation.
- High ownership and comfort operating without much structure.
